I, the customer, agree to use the
products/program correctly and consistently, to do my part in the follow up
process and stay serious about reaching my goal.
Product Statements
The statements regarding our products have not been evaluated by the
Food and Drug Administration. Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat,
cure or prevent any disease.
Notice: It is advisable when using our products or any other

Shipping & Processing Times
· Processing time for an item is from the first business day your our order is received to when the item leaves the warehouse. All orders will be processed within approximately one to two business days (once payment is received).

Shipping time is from when the item leaves the warehouse to
when it arrives at your door.
For instance, if you bought an item and selected shipping of "3-4 business days
(once shipped)", your package would arrive in 5-6 business days. Delivery times
are estimates; some items may take longer for delivery.

address. We do not deliver to P.O. Boxes.

Credit Card Transactions
Please be sure to enter the correct billing information. Your credit
card will be authorized each time you enter your credit card information causing
the funds to be temporarily unavailable to you. However, only the amount for

I agree that should AfterBaby.com be forced to hire a collections company to
collect my delinquent account balance I am liable for, and will be charged for
all costs incurred. I also certify, under penalty of perjury, that all
information I provided is true and correct.

Transfer of Risk and

When you order an item from AfterBaby.com, the purchase is pursuant to
a shipment contract. That means once we deliver your purchase to the shipping
company, the risk of loss and title of your purchase passes to you.
Discount Codes
Only discount codes entered when you place your
order will be honored and may not be used in conjunction with other offers.

employees, agents, designees, and legal representatives and assigns from all

I understand that AfterBaby.com is not giving medical advice. Therefore, I acknowledge that the suggestions for nutrition, supplementation, and/or training that I may receive are not intended as a substitute for consultation with a qualified health care professional, such as my physiar. Before I begin using any nutritional supplements, and/or begin and AfterBaby.com program, I will consult my physician or other licensed professional to ensure that I am in good health and that the regimen suggested will not harm me. I will also read all labels for the products that I might use. · Apparel and Gifts cannot be returned.
· Shortages along with defective or damaged merchandise must be reported to Customer Service by calling 1-877-432-8567 within 7 calendar days after receipt.
· Damaged goods or shortages in transit should be reported immediately to the delivery carrier. Retain cartons and product until the claim is resolved.
· We reserve the right to charge your credit card
the amount of any damages incurred by you and, in addition, an administrative
fee of $35.00 or 35% of your order total, whichever is greater if a chargeback
is filed on your behalf. However, the administrative fee will be reimbursed if
not resolved in favor of AfterBaby.com.

You must contact us immediately by calling
1-877-432-8567 within thirty days of your purchase. This will give us the
opportunity to resolve any problems that you may be having or provide you with a
Return
Authorization Number (RAN) and, if
approved, send you the necessary paperwork to begin the return process. To
receive a refund or credit, items 1-4 must be received from you within fourteen
calendar days of calling us:
1) the unused portion and empty containers
2) the signed Retail Order Form
3) the Refund Request Form (signature only)
4) the Original Invoice
Gifts must be returned or the cost will be deducted from your refund amount.
Orders sent back without the
RAN marked clearly on the
box WILL BE REFUSED or disposed of and the customer will not be reimbursed or
refunded.
Authorized returns must be returned within forty-five calendar days from the
date your order was placed. Authorized returns received after the specified
window and unauthorized returns will not be considered for a refund and may not
be returned to the customer.
You will be refunded in the same manner as you paid for the products or you may
choose to receive a credit toward future purchases on AfterBaby.com. To receive
a refund, you MUST supply us with the original credit card number and expiration
used to purchase your products within forty-five calendar days from the date
your order was placed, no exceptions. If the credit card number is not
received during the specified window, the purchaser may be entitled to receive a
store credit.
Within thirty business days of the receipt of the above mentioned required
items, reimbursement to the customer will be issued for the full amount paid for
the returned product by the customer, less a 35% restocking fee, if all terms
and conditions have been met. If all terms and conditions have not been met you
the customer forfeits refund. Shipping, packaging, handling fees paid on the
original order or in returning those items to AfterBaby.com will not be
reimbursed. We are not responsible for lost shipments.
Distributors and Wholesale Club Members
All sales made to Distributors and Wholesale Club Members are final.
